I went for the lunch buffet which currently runs 11am to 4pm for $22. All you can eat Indian food for that price in San Francisco?!? Practically unheard of. The staff were very lovely and helpful. We paid an extra $6 for the garlic naan which was great. I barely had time to get a picture of the last one before it was gone 😂.

You can't go wrong with this amazing family restaurant where nearby consulate personnel come to lunch. Feeling uneasy about the spiciness? Worry not, ask for chicken pasanda, all the flavor minus the heat! Friendly and very cozy.

My recent visit to Star India's Indian Cuisine was a culinary adventure. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Indian dishes, with the Lamb Bone-In, Chicken Tikka Masala, and warm Naan bread stealing the show. To top it off, the Mango Ice Cream dessert was a refreshing delight. The service was prompt, and the buffet spread was impressive. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or a newcomer, Star India's buffet is a great way to savor a diverse selection of flavors. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
